Our herd has been thoughtfully chosen and we’ve enjoyed our travels to find just the right fit when building our foundation herd! We continue to consider genetics carefully with each purchase – and we are thrilled with the quality and temperament of all of our Moosters. Over time, we’ve retained many females of our own breeding and will continue to do so. Pedigrees are carefully analyzed and our females are then paired with one of our bulls to bring about those traits that we want to cultivate. Temperament and conformation come first – always. We strive to better udders with each generation while continuing to produce animals that provide a consistent beef product.
